Smile Maverick Money Makers - sorry to repost!

Hi, Everyone! I'm sorry to ask this again, but the search functions here at wahm.com aren't returning any results and I know there are previous threads about this.

I just wanted to know what you all think about Maverick Money Makers. Have you had success with it? Is it worth doing?

I would appreciate hearing anything anyone has to share.

Thanks in advance!

Blinky :-)

Hi Blinky,

The "good" reviews about it say only that it's terribly expensive for what it is.

The bad reviews say that it's an outright scam.

Its owner certainly doesn't have a good history at all in the "industry" (and has several other names, allegedly, and other failed ventures behind him).

This review might interest you: there's a lot of comment in there from several people.

The only people I've ever seen saying anything good about it, myself, are people promoting it (and there'll always be those, of course - they're incentivized, aren't they?). Its promotion has actually been banned in some forums.

Here's a free e-book download "How to investigate a home business" which will help you tell whether things are likely to be safe to join. It's completely independent, non-commercial, not linked to any "opportunity" and so on; it was written by a member of this forum to help others, and many have found it invaluable. (It will put you right off "Maverick Money Makers", I hope!).

Good luck!

Thanks, Yulia! Your post did that! I was actually looking into something new that the founder of MMM is starting, but since he has a bad rep to begin with, I'll pass on the new venture, too!

Thanks for links, too!

Hey Blinky,

I don't do affiliate marketing, myself, but know people who do ...

This is entirely second-hand information and I don't know if it will be of any help to you, but there's a thing called "My Online Income System" which is a kind of "introduction to affiliate marketing" (I think it's a Clickbank product, but a Google search will find it anyway, if not). It's a one-off payment, I think, and it's nowhere near as expensive as MMM ... it's no get-rich-quick scheme at all, but here's the thing: I've only ever heard good things about it.

Please bear in mind I haven't actually seen it, but it might be worth trying to find out a bit about it, from what I've heard. I understand that it's a kind of "slow and solid and gradual system" for getting started in affiliate marketing, but that if people follow its advice/guidelines and put the effort in, it does gradually build up to some income ...

Just a suggestion, anyway. (You might want to look in some forums, including maybe here, to see what people are saying about it?).

Good luck!
