I'm very sorry to hear it.

Were their monthly sales volumes heavily dependent on "autoship" (does anyone know)?

Default "I'm in shock!" LHN Closes it's doors!

Wow,

This is certainly bad news for everyone with a vested interest in that company.

They now have some important decisions to make.

Best wishes to all involved.

Doug.

If any LHN reps are reading this, my recommendation is to see this for what it is: just a roadblock...just a detour. It's not a stop-sign. It's not something that can keep you from being successful. Respond as an entrepreneur would...not as someone who's employee-minded or feels that they've been somehow "victimized" by this.

You're just as able AS EVER to create huge results working from home. Don't let a company-closing keep you from believing that.

If I can be of assistance, feel free to shoot me a note...

Tony Rush

Default That is crazy, but there is good news!

I feel bad for them. The good news is there are other amazing company's out there and people have tons of choices. One thing I love about MLM, Networkmarketing and Direct Sales, The opportunity to always give yourself a raise, earn a paycheck and earn extra income.

Even with the economy the way it is, alot of company's out there arent even feeling the difference.... The money is out there. Thats amazing!

How are you Tony?? i been away from WAHM and out of the loop for almost two years. I remember when your baby was born. That is too cool!

Keep up the good work. Your awesome!

Default Effective immediately, Liberty Health Net Inc. will discontinue operation

Dear Members of LHN,

It is with great sadness and anxiety that I must make the following announcement:

Effective immediately, Liberty Health Net Inc. will discontinue operation of the business. This decision was based on revelations this last Monday by owner, Jim Price that the financial circumstances had eroded to a point that is no longer manageable.

All autoship orders or anything else that was subscription based with LHN have been all cancelled.

It is important for you to understand that as the President of LHN, I have never been responsible for the financial management of the company. Mr. Price has held this responsibility, sharing with me only in general terms the financial picture as we proceeded.

This revelation came as a terrible shock to me, my family, and the staff of LHN. We had continued to forge forward with many initiatives, never with any expectation that we would find ourselves in such circumstances. I have secured another company that will take our best selling products under their umbrella; Alligin & HeartFast for sure. Dr. Peter Josling has signed a written contract with Rick and myself as agents for the Allimax product line.

Also, you can be assured the Kids Against Hunger Program is being looked at and they have already agreed to donate a meal for all products ordered from their company! I will communicate this information the best I am able while moving forward. Please communicate with your sponsor or upline support to explore your options for the future. I will never solicit membership at any level aside from those I have personally sponsored. I have contacted them so they know what I will be doing. If you are an Alligin & HeartFast customer and your upline chooses not to join us and you want those products, you may contact me.

There have been several unkind emails and of course speculations going around and sadly enough, that is common in this industry. You know me well enough to know and you can see for yourself, that I have not sent out an email to any of your people giving them a link to join another company.

Any questions regarding commissions or otherwise will need to be addressed to Mr. Price. I don't have any financial information or control. You can direct your questions to office@lhninternational.com

Please understand that I am very sorry that we find ourselves in these circumstances. I have invested my heart and soul in the effort to bring leadership and prosperity to the people of LHN. We have enjoyed many successes together; truly we have been blessed.

Brick and mortar will crumble but relationships will endure. I wish all of you the very best of health and happiness, and hope that someday we can be together again.

"'If you can" said Jesus. "Everything is possible for him who believes. Mark 9:23 NIV

God Bless You,
Love,
Shelly Ferree

Interesting to see the President of a company taking ZERO responsibility for its failure.

Just received this email:

Dear LHN Members:

Please accept our apologies for emails sent saying that
LHN is out of busniess. Those emails sent out by our
former president have been pre-mature. Yes, LHN is
having some financial trouble, but we are prparing to
move forward as best we can. There may be some changes
in the making, but commissions should be paid on August 15
as normal. We ask that you be patient with us and allow us
to get some things taken care of and we hope to have the
order form back live within a few days.

Please be aware that Shelly Ferree is no longer associated
with LHN. She has chosen to seek other opportunities.

There will be a conference call Sunday at 8:00 pm eastern
time at 1-616-597-8000 pin 130329 #.

A recorded call should be available shortly thereafter
at 1-616-597-8099 pin 130329 #.

Further communication will be emailed to you as we work
out the details. We have many loyal members who desire
to see LHN continue and we will do all within our
resources to make this happen.

Thank you,
Jim Price, CEO and Founder

Not so fast everyone.

There is more than meets the eye here and I've been told that there is going to be an emergency call with the distributors on Sunday...with the owner himself.

Not all is how it appears...and there are emails circulating all saying different things and
much misinformation is being spread around.
Its confusion right now.

Picture this...

A company has been in business successfully for years, then hires a new president. Just a couple of years later, the company folds. The president explains his/her side of the story, claiming no fault. The owner had turned over control to the president, and thus had no immediate access to the distributor files or even the corporate website so he could explain what really happened. Eventually he sorts things out and is able to present his side and apologize for not watching over the business more closely.

Im not saying thats whats happened for "certain" but thats how it all looks.

Time will tell what really happened.

Deb

The plot thickens. Several LHN members are now claiming that the company is NOT closing and that the ex-President (Shelley Ferree) sent out "company is closing" announcements which were not authorized.
