In order to benefit from spillover in a forced matrix, don't you have to be under someone who can actually recruit? If a new member is sponsored by someone who isnot good at picking up referrals, there won't be any spilloverfor the newbie to benefit from.
I guess the catch to a traditional matrix is to make sure you enroll under a good team leader, otherwise you're left to fend for yourself

The only thing it takes 1 enrollment for is
to pay you on level 4 and beyond.
Levels 1-3 are still enough to put a small
profit into your account each month.

This is true. I was thinking in terms of the matching bonus and thought people should enroll at least 1 person to pick up a little extra income.

Yes, people will still join for the Forex
investing portion of it, but no real push
to recruit them as there is no incentive.
It becomes more of a friendly referral.

I agree with this as well and that's one of the reasons I'm on the fence. Even though I have no problem putting a couple grand into the fx fund, I'm thinking about people I may refer who are unable to do this. I want them to at least be able to earn from the matrix and work their way up.
