One of the things I'm liking a lot about 10 Gauge is that you can have it late in the day - get your pick me up - and still be able to fall asleep at night. I personally can not do that with coffee, soda or any other energy drink on the market. My 15 year old had one at 4 pm last night before volleyball and fell asleep at 10:30 pm. It's an unexpected surprise!
