I feel amazing
Wow! I knew these products were great! but I had no idea just how great!
I had knee surgery back in march and got off my regular regimen. I started feeling really lousy. not realizing it was because I hadn't been taking my regular regimen. it's easy to start that downward spiral. It's easy to do and easy not to do right. Well, once I realized what was going on I immediately got back on my regimen. within just a few days I had my energy back, wasn't so stressed out and negative, and my aches and pain started to go away. Then my mom, dad and 2 boys got really sick with the flu. My daughter and I were drinking the IS Defense and took the recommended 1 dose every 45 minutes for 8 doses. then 1 dose each day. My daughter and I are the only ones that didn't get the flu. thank God I had gotten back on my regimen. I am a big baby when it comes to throwing up and my family was deathly ill. my family has a renewed belief now! Thanks Vitamark
