First time in here! Lost 18.5 lbs!

Hey everyone! Well this is my first post in the new forum

I joined this amazing 90 Day Health Challenge and this incredible Company Visalus 3 weeks ago. I am so EXCITED - I have lost 18.5 lbs 3in off my waist. Down 2 pants size - I have more energy then I have in years I am not hungry and the shake tastes so good I can not wait to have it! I am able to RUN without collapsing in 2 minutes. My hubby is also doing the challenge he has lost 11 lbs and is loving all the energy too!

It is not just the weight or the money being made - this Challenge has given me back something I had lost awhile ago - belief in myself, confidence- when you look in the mirror day after day and am ashamed and sickened by the image in it you start avoiding seeing yourself after a while of that you stop seeing not only the outside of you but also the inside of you.

I have now started to want to look in that mirror - I have a ways to go but now I believe that I am going to get there - that is a true blessing!! Thanks to GOD, Visalus and the amazing VIP Team I will get there and boy am I going to look and feel like a MILLION!!!

Comgrats on your weight loss!!! I love hearing all the success stories I'm using the shape kit and have lost 55 lbs so far this has been the best weight loss product I have ever used, and it also helped me kick my Pepsi habit too!!!

Green eyes you should definitely take the leap, I'm not sure if you are working with a distributor yet but I can send you a sample if your interested just let me know.

Thanks Linda...I am working with someone and have a sample....I just need to try it. I keep waiting until I find something that would take good with it. I need to go down the thread to the one with shake recipes.

I have been using the Shape kit with the Vi-Slim additional product

My hubby has lost 14 lbs also!! We just love the Challenge!!

Yes Green Eyes you definitely need to start NOW and try that sample - I figure I will be in shape by the beginning of summer!! I personally love just putting frozen fruit in it and ice cubes and blending! There are so many fantastic recipes - my hubby loves it just plain! Which is real tasty too!!

I did two 90 day challenges and am on my 3rd one now, but I have only been using 2 shakes a day and healthy dinner and snacks. I agree with Trossilli you need to try that sample and get started soon summer will be here before we know it !!! Let us know what you think

Congratulations, Tammy!!! Isn't it such an amazing feeling! I used the Transformation Kit and lost 21 lbs in my first Challenge without exercise (hurt my foot).

I just started my second Challenge yesterday, with workouts, and I was thinking the same thing this morning, Linda - I will be looking amazing just in time for the Summer

GreenEyes - Definitely give it a try. It tastes amazing. (I actually drink in plain!) This is by far the easiest and healthiest weight loss I have ever experienced.
