My Shakes arrived today :-)

Yippie, I received my order today and am ready to get started tomorrow! Can't wait have the first shake and use the Shape-Up Health Flavor Mix-Ins. I am going to try the Banana Energy Charge, so I can get an energy burst in the morning before I go to work.

Oh, I must say the kit comes with so much info. I am going to devour it all for the rest of the week and weekend

WoooHooo have fun with it .
My favorite shake is chocolate strawberry: 2 scoops Vi shape, 8oz skim milk, 2 tsp cocoa powder(or chocolate mix in), about 4 frozen strawberries and I put in ice cubes then blend in blender. SOoooooo yummy!!!

I can not wait til I get my kit... So, excited. I did nutrisystem since Sept. and its so expensive.. I can do this for a third of the cost..
