Default In Need of 2 VAs

Life and other business has overwelmed me, and I am in need of a few virtual assistants to take over my websites. Pay will be based on several venues of revenue from each site. Only one assistant will be hired per site. Please be sure to read the requirements of each website carefully before applying.

Requirements:
- SEO knowledge
- Wordpress knowledge
- Exellent writing skills
- 2+ years online marketing knowledge


Tasks:
- Adding new listings
- Advertising space management
- Product reviews (optional, but prefered)

Assistant for this site will be in charge of adding/updating listings to the site. They will also be in charge of marketing the site to bringing in new advertisers, setting ad prices, and communicating with advertisers. Pay is $5 per listing sold, plus 50% of additional advertising spaces sold and free products should you choose to write product reviews (not required, but suggested for better traffic to the website).

Assistant will have at least basic knowedlge of SEO and ability to research keyword terms, and know how to add or edit information in Wordpress. Marketing skills online a plus.

Tasks:
- Writing weekly blog posts
- Responding to advertising inquiries
- Ad placement on website
- Accepting marketing suggestions

Assistant for this site will be in charge of light promotion of website, adding new content weekly, and handing all advertising placement on the website. She will be required to know basic keyword research skills for proper SEO, have excellent writing skills, and some online marketing knowledge.

Pay will be based on 50% commission of advertisement spaces sold, with commissions paid weekly. Requests for additional ads to be placed on the site will be accepted. You set the prices. Personal affiliate links or promotion will be allowed on blog posts, as long as the post adds value to the website (no advertisement posts allowed).

Virtual Assistants typically do not work on a commission only basis and are worth far more that what's display here. I personally don't think its fair to request that someone with "excellent" skills, knowledge in a high demanding niche (SEO) and good writing ability and don't pay them hourly, per post or for the work that is being generated. Its like the VA is doing "free" work.

But on any note, good luck to those who decide to go forward with this

You can also hire Virtual Personal Assistants from various companies on the internet like the freelance or the elance if you haven't found someone just yet.

I've got my VA's through virtualworkforce.asia they have lots of good VA's and experts on different fields. you might as well check them out if you haven't hired VA's yet.
