Default Virtual Office VA Staffing anyone work there?

Has anyone worked for them? Elsa is the owner's name and just wondering if anyone has had any experience with them.

It's a VA and doing For sale by owner leads.. If anyone has any info, has worked for them, know anyone that did, would love to find out a bit more.. I am hired there, but something doesn't seem right.

This is my first time doing something like this, and to me, its a bit frustrating, because I am looking for leads, but not getting anywhere..

Okay I found some additional info out. but still wondering if anyone has worked for them

My friend's sister works for Elsa. I have just signed up to start. All I really know is that my friend's sister was paid on time. I would like more info myself. I do not want to be scammed!!!

Okay, I have to say, I did work for her for the 2 days, and I just got money in my paypal account yesterday for working. It's easy work and I did enjoy it. but... In ohio, it is against the law for me to call on places for sale by owner and then give info to the 3rd party.. this is considered practicing real estate, and if done without a license comes also with a $1000 per DAY fine...and a mistermeaner or felony, I can't remember which one.

My best friend is a Broker and actually asked the lawyer for the NE ohio real estate whatever its called lol she said do not do it as you are not legally able to bring two people together that MAY make a purchase. After I was told by Elsa that this was not true.. I then contacted the Ohio Commerce Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing and they also told me the same thing, that I could only do that if i had a real estate license. I explained to them exactly what I was doing, was put on hold and told that according to the Division Head Council, (who is a lawyer and the one that enforces the laws) said I needed the license..

I did let elsa know via email that I had to resign because of this and I never heard back from her (which I thought was unprofessional IMHO) But... she did pay me.. which I was surprised since I never heard back from her in the first place.

If you do it, just make sure that its not something that you need a license for in your state. Ohio is very strict.. so just be cautious.

Talking I work there.

I have been working there for over a month and it has been a great opportunity for me and my family. I get paid every week. They helped work with me when I have had some emergency situations in my personal life. I can stay home taking care of my elderly grandfather and children, yet still make money. They also had a seasoned VA assist me in the beginning until I was ready to be on my own.
I questioned the real estate license situation and researched it. They are doing nothing wrong because we are not looking for buyers & sellers. If they were looking for both and connecting them together then we would be breaking the real estate law. If we advertised to find a buyer for a property that the investor didn't own it would also be against the law. I have a friend who is an agent but also an investor who confirmed what I researched to be true. I love my job.

Default Phone Requirements

Does the phone have to be the old-timey analog (copper wire) landline? Some services such as Comcast only supply digital landlines.

And how about a cell phone?

Thanks for your help!
