Question Paypal/Invoicing/Time Tracking

OK, maybe I am asking for the impossible! LOL I have been a VA for almost 3 years and I finally have the time to deal with the behind the scenes billing/invoicing... LOL

I have 4-6 clients at any one time that I do work for daily. Right now to track my weekly billing I use an Excel spreadsheet that has formulas all over it to tally up the billable rate x billable time. For daily reports I send an email with bulleted items and the time spent next to that & then at the end of the day I manually add up the time which can lead to errors. Lastly, at the end of the week I transfer all that info over to Paypal....sooooo.....

What I am looking for is a time tracking software that can bill to the minute and has detailed info on the task. I also want to be able to integrate that with sending a daily report to that client that details out what tasks I did and how long it took. Lastly, at the end of the week I bill through Paypal so I would like to somehow get my weekly billing through the time tracking into Paypal.

Any suggestions? or am i a lost cause! LOL

Thanks!
Jessica

Personally I use myhours.com

It's free :-) Which is a plus, but it allows me to track my time for multiple clients and bill them on multiple levels. There is also a variety of reports you can run to show you how much you made for the day or how much time you spent on one client.

I am still being paid by checks so I am not sure if it will integrate into paypal.

PM me if you have any additional questions and I will try to help.
