Default How do you stay connected?

How do you stay connected with clients, internet ect.?

I researching my options for setting up my internet connection, cell phone, software, and all that kind of stuff. Thanks for any info.

Basically we utilize the technology such as the internet. VAs communicate with their clients using email, chat (skype/YM) and phone.

Email and phone still remain the most popular way of communicating with your clients. Some companies now use chat too.

I use the phone and email, with an occasional in person visit/lunch with a client

I don't feel the need to be a mouse click away with skype or IMs - I feel they're more of a distraction than convenience

For larger files that need to be delivered I'll set up clients with an ftp account on my server
