I just joined as a consultant in June, thus I am disqualified from participating in the new STAR program. Everyone in Tupperware who started before February can participate, yet I am stuck in the old STAR program, which entitles me to $10 off my next order if I put in so much in sales each week. The new program offers WAY more incentives so I am very disappointed that I don't get to participate.
Count me in as another disappointed new consultant. I would much rather receive product for my shows/home than $10 off.

I have enjoyed getting the cash off as that means more money in profit from my show. I have also gotten quite a bit of free goods in the promotions that they have been running with the sales contests. I guess TW can't make everyone happy, but they try

I guess that is how we have to look at it.

Some people prefer having the cash back and others want the free products

I don't mind the $10 off, if I actually get it. I have made the required amount of sales a few times, and I have never received a coupon for $10 off. Also, I feel that most of the gifts that they are offering with the new program have a greater value than $10 - I want the bigger prize! LOL!

Did you check your coupon section is my sales web application? Any coupons you earn should be in there and they are loaded approximately 2 weeks after you earn them.

Yep! I have the coupons for the sales incentives for that week (soy candles, or something of that sort?) but no $10 coupon. This specific coupon was earned the last week of July, so I would think I would have something by now?

I don't know anything abt a candle freebie, but on the $10 off, it should come right off the amount you pay on a party or order submission. I don't think it was a coupon, but I could be wrong.

Chris,

I think you are absolutely right about that. Since I am not in the Star Program, I haven't participated with that. I believe you are correct that they take it off your next qualifying order.

Now that you mention it, i got the soy candle thing (not sure what I'm going to do with it!), but no $10 off the book party I submitted after that. Is there a rule about using it in a certain time frame? My book party was about 2 weeks after the week I earned the soy candle...

I agree that the things offered in the new STAR program are much more valuable than $10 off! It seems like a higher incentive to me,b ecause it will help you grow your business instead of just a one time savings!

I'm holding out hope that ater our original 13 weeks are over, we'll be able to start on the new STAR program like everyone else.
