Unhappy With CapitalIQ
Hi girls,
I wanted to see if anyone else is currently contracted with CapitalIQ and is experiencing the same issues I am. When I first signed up with them, over a year ago, everything went great! Decent amount of calls, peak seasons were AWESOME. However, within the last several months once they started making changes I'm really unhappy with. Pay has been a couple days late several different pay periods, which when you have bills to pay isn't okay! Call volume has been cut in HALF. And worst part, with the new SA calls I was just informed that they are being delayed until next pay period due to them not being audited yet. I was told that SA call auditing takes longer than live calls, but they will try to have them audited in time for the following pay period. That would have been helpful to know prior to me excepting SA Calls that I wouldn't be paid the time spent on them for a month!  Just overall losing patients with the company! Does anyone know of any companies that are similar to CapitalIQ, with peak season but still give out calls during non-peak season, that are currently hiring? I would love to get my foot in the door with another company! Thanks!

Are you doing transing or proofing for them?
Either way, you might want to check out Accutran. They have a transing side and a proofing side. Good luck.
