Do people really get jobs there? It seems that the pay is slave wages? Just wondering if I am missing something.

I just applied today and was looking at the jobs. They look like they pay better than Mturk, but I'm not sure if I like the bidding for jobs. I applied for my first job and I'm waiting to hear back...

I applied there quit some time ago and applied for several jobs, but never heard back from any of them. From what I've seen from looking at numerous jobs on there, you have to make an offer for how much you are willing to work for and usually the average offer is pretty low. It doesn't seem like you would get paid much from working there. But, if you're just looking for something to do as additional income then it would be okay. Just for a regular income it wouldn't be that much.

Rebecca is right about some of the work being pretty low. I've been at it for a few weeks and have found "full time" transcription for them. I've only done two jobs for them (a paid test and one other job) and I've made $60. It's better than MTurk but not as good as a real full time job doing transcription.

It's better than having no job at all. At least those who get laid off can make use of it.
