Also they have an online study planner where you can track your progess and put in a completion date. You really need to keep on top of it to complete the first part of it by FTCC's completion date. It's tough but a good challenge but definitly not something to take lightly because you will need to put the studying time in.
Try www.cueflash.com. It's free, and you can make unlimited virtual flash cards. I love it! You can mark if you got them correct/incorrect, remove cards, shuffle cards... everything you can do with the real thing. It's really been a time-saver for me!

If you like using flash cards, you might check into the ones that Stedman's sells for students. They alsocarry all the MT word books, of course.

Here's a link to Stedman's flash cards: http://www.stedmans.com/product.cfm/402/224

Wondering - has anyone seen a place on the site where all the vocabulary is in one place? That would make the creation of flashcards a lot easier, especially if someone were doing it on the computer rather than index cards.

I just realized I still haven't received my first issue of the Step Up newsletter... I started through FTCC in June. Has anyone else gotten there's? I don't want to waste the administrations time calling about it, but hey, it's included in the price, you know?! Just curious if it's just me or if maybe I started at the beginning of the cycle or something so it's just taking longer... I went through CS a couple years ago, and I found the newsletter very helpful and inspiring, so I'm looking forward to getting it again!

I am thinking about signing up for the medical billing and coding class that starts in Sept. Got a question tho...

How many wahm jobs are there really out there for it? I don't want to waste the money if I am not going to be able to find a job.
