It's an actual test of the work to be performed.

Update: Got the test today and I've already completed it and submitted my results. Thanks so much for providing the link and information, ladies! Because of you I may have a new job come fall of '07.

Congrats Leesah! I have just received the email on how to proceed with the test and will be taking it this evening. So the possibility of us working together 'next year' are favorable.

Probably more like Spring 2008, but if it's as great as I hear, I'll wait, after all, I'm still waiting on WSOL.

Does anyone know the pay rate or hours of work we could expect to do? Is it only certain times of the year, or is it all year around? Thanks everyone!

This is seasonal work. The fall season is August or September (depending on when they start your contract) through December. The spring season is February through June. You are paid a per piece rate. You can work when ever you wantas long as there is work available.

I just submitted my test too...I feel like I messed up a lot though, but I got it all right in the end. I would have checked each one myself after I completed each one, but the software does it for you...I hope they don't hold it against me...I still had every record done in less than 2 minutes each...I guess I'll see when they tell me how I did.

Thanks for the lead! This would be a great position to get, I'm really hoping I did well enough!

For those who took the test, what number were you getting for "Orders per Hour"? My average was around 55. I'm hoping this is halfway decent.
