It's certainly worth a try, Angelmaries. The consensus seems to be that automated replies are not received on a continuum. Until you receive one, there is no way of knowing your resume got through to them for sure.

I have decided I will apply on a monthly basis.

Still havent gotten any response from them so i'll resend my resume........did you attach it or paste it in the body of the email?

I sent another resume last night - in txt format exactly the way they want it plus a nice cover letter - still no automatic reply and that's the third time I've sent it. Not sure why some people get the automated reply and some don't - that's pretty weird. I will keep sending it once every few weeks just in case.

I'll take all the help I can get - lol

The email address I sent it to is temporaryjobs@google.com

Is this the same address you sent yours too? Didyou attach your resume or past it into your email - I've done it both ways making sure they both are txt files.

Rita,

Do you maybe have a spam filter or blocking service that perhaps an auto-reply is getting lost in?

Nope - I always get all of my mail - spam included. I use Microsoft Outlook (not Express) which is a very well known email program - I never have a problem getting any of my mail - it shows in "sent" folder that they have all been sent. Think I will send it again and get a read receipt on it and see then what happens. Isn't this just an automatic response where they haven't even seen your resume yet?

Not sure why this is - am I the only one??
