It is hard to be patient when each day is money lost.

(I'm a 1st year - your question does not apply to me... yet.)

I saw this for the first time today at the bottom of a SxS task instruction page:
"Max tasks per rater: 2% of tasks/6% of items."

Has anyone ever seen anything like that before?

It was at the bottom of one of those special instruction pages you sometimes get after acquiring a task. Odd...

The SxS video says 2 to 6 minutes per task. I'd not worry too much about it. Or if you are worried email them about it, but you'd need to email the task title etc like they explain in the SXS instructions, which you probably don't have now. So I'd chill and not worry unless you see it again.

It took me 4 hours and45 minutes (!!) to read the new guidelines, watch the videos, and review all the new information and FAQ on the hub- I visited many of the examples and links. Most of that time was on the new guidelines.

To everyone who has sent an email to Google but does not get a response:

I was told today that there are only three staff members who are responsible for the Quality Rater system. I don't know if that means there are three staffmembers per language or for the whole thing. So this means that these three people are responsible for reviewing resumes, maintaining the system, etc. So if you don't get a response, don't take it personnaly. It sounds like these people are really overwored.

I would think that if Google really valued the Rater system, they could at least hire a few more on-site people. But anyways, I want to thank these people for their hard work and keeping us employed.
