I sent mine just pasted into the body of the email. Funny enough is I had sent it from my AOL account with just the resume and no cover letter, and then again from my gmail WITH a cover letter. The response I finally got was for the AOL one without the cover letter. Who knows what form they prefer.... I'm just happy they replied! Now I'm just waiting on my testing date.....

Hey JessNole..... if you have a scanner, you can scan the forms, save them and email them as attachments. I have done that several times...

I did mine as an hmtl.

phlys- Yeah, I had thought about that but since one of the documents is like 14 pages, I wasn't sure. Maybe I'll play around with it today since I can't fax it until tomorrow anyway (DH is faxing it from his work).

I just recd my original info this Friday. I couldn't get it filled out either and I'm faxing it tomorrow.I thought it was a bad sign that I couldn't get the tabs to work to fill it out, but now I see a couple of us had the same problem. I hope this test isn't too bad. Good luck everyone.

To those that are working or have tested, did you get your testing date notice on a Monday? I seem to remember reading that they sent it on a Monday, saying you'd get more testing info on Friday, then take the test the following Monday. I could be all wrong..... It's been a week and a half since I sent my paperwork in and I'm getting anxious!

Yes, an email will come on a Monday informing you of the testing date, which I believe will be the following Monday. At least this is what happened in my case.

coolmom- Did you get your info Friday 9/7? It will be interesting to see if we're on the same schedule! I did email the guy and ask about the form, but I have mine ready to fax tomorrow anyway.

I reformatted my HTML version to get rid of odd looking carriage returns- I hope this was right!
