I was hired over a year ago so my memory may be a little rusty but I
believe it was about 2 weeks before I heard back after sending in my
paperwork.

I'm with Tightwad and Leaf, I didn't have a cover letter either when I applied. Just sent them my resume with a simple two sentence "here is my resume and thank you" note. Everything they needed to know was in the resume. Also, I'm pushing 30 and I don't speak a second language. So, I have no theories on how they are making hiring decisions. Good luck to all those who are applying.

I resent my resume AGAIN today - 4th time due to not receiving a response - well today I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE FROM THEM!! That's a start anyway - at least I know they got it. Now the waiting game begins....

Thanks

I am pretty certain they asked me to e-mail them when I sent in my documentation. They may have changed their process, but I did e-mail them to let them know the paperwork was on the way. I started working a couple days after that.

It took them a while to get going this time. I was at the orientation last week, and they just now informed me when they are sending me the test.

I just sent my resume to Google. I just copied and pasted it to the email. Hope that was okay! I do have extensive Customer Service and Sales background including being a Powerseller on Ebay. Hopefully the Ebay experience will work for me!

Anyone know if they are still hiring??

And how long is the contract?

Question for those with experience and were hired...roughly how MUCH experience do you have?

I am wondering because I sent a resume with a short but direct cover letter. Got my auto response... then about 3 weeks later got a no...this was about 2-3 weeks ago...and I do have experience as well..PR, marketing, customer service, managing ..probbly forgot something here..lol..etc my experience is invarious jobs outside the home...I just got to wondering that's all

ThanksEdited by: Margmk

I think folks are confused about the type of position being offered with ad rater. It doesn't require customer service, salesskills and such. It requires internet searching and analytical skills, so they're looking for experience or aptitudewith searching and analyzing data.
