I am confused. On this link:
http://www.google.com/support/jobs/b...mp;loc_id=1628

There are no openings for English language. Is there something I am missing?

Grr I just realized that the first time I applied for this I did not put the position in the subject line. I guess I got too distracted trying to learn to convert my resume to a html doc! I just resubmitted. No wonder I hadn't heard anything back yet!

Wow! I have read through this whole thread and still have a question. What exactly is a "temporary" position and can you reapply after the "temp" part is over?

Temporary position - means it can last up to 1 year. After this period has lapse it will be a 3month hiatus before you are allowed to reapply. There is a rare occasion that you will be allowed to work more than 1 year continuously, but it is all up to WFL

I have no idea how to convert something into html....or to even tell if it's already in that format. Any help with that would be great!

IF your resume is in MS Word format, you can do a "save as" and select HTML as the file type.

Hope this helps.

Can someone pls. tell me how long it took for the DIRECT DEPOSIT to kick in from the first week you started working?? It's been my third pay period and they're still sending me checks in the mail when I requested Direct Deposit at the time we had to send in all of our paperwork. From the info. they sent while filling out all the paperwork, it said it takes one pay period. Just wanted to know how long it took for others?
