Actually they did turn the outbound auto dialer on while I was logged in on Sunday!! That was a surprise, but at least I got some talk time.

I read somewhere that you can make around $12 hr, is that realisticallydo ablewith SCI?? I hope so, I have no problems with the hours at all, I just want to be able to make decent money with this, and also anyone that has worked SCI and baby to bee, can you give a comparison, of which calls are easier to do?? You don't have to reveal nothing personal about either companies, just simply offer your opinions on which of the two do you think have the better calls, NOT call volume, but actually TYPE of calls...TIA!

I have done both - but it's really a matter of personal opinion. My opinion might be different than anyone else's. The money is MUCH better with baby to bee - they pay hourly. But I had a lot of system issues with them - frozen screens - callers i couldn't hear and I really didn't like bothering people - they seem aggitated when we call (most do anyway). The staff at both SCI and B2B are great - very helpful. B2B seems more tedious because each call is exactly like the last - you'll get variety at SCI. So - it depends on what is most important. If you're looking for money - B2B is much better - I could make in a day there what I made at SCI in a month.

Oh gosh...well, I really really appreciate your honesty worrydoll, and your viewpoints on both were really helpful, well both are equally important to me, I like variety and I'm glad that SCI will provide that for me, but on the other hand I want to be able to make a decent amount of money too, so I was hoping that would be feasible todo with SCI. I thought with the back to back calls that maybe one could make a decent amount of money...oh well, guess I'll have to see I suppose.

another plus with baby to bee is that they pay weekly - like clockwork. Weekly pay (especially when it's great pay) is very nice!

I gave up with SCI I got tired of logging in for no calls on inbound.
Finally gave in and did the outbound training and every single call
that I got would come up that I refused the call which I did not. Yes
my phone was turned on and by the time my phone actually started rining
it said I had refused the call which its hard to refuse a call you
arent even getting.

I contacted them serveral times on this issue and never heard anything
back about what they were doing to figure out what the problem was so I
said screw it.

I can see where you are coming from "jlyoung05"....I know a lot of us that are new to SCI have had problems getting in and taking calls....for some reason they are not connecting with our phones, and a script comes up, but no phone call....it has been 2 days since I personally have experienced this (i know its been longer for some), and everytime I ask them for an update on the situation they say they "don't know". Actually, one time I got this response..."I dunno" and that was it. If they don't start getting this stuff fixed and organized, then I think I am going to have to continue with a different company...

Okay, I'm done venting...Thanks everyone

I had that problem the 2nd day I logged on plus I got an error screen and couldn't take calls. Stacey had me delete my "myagent" and sent me a new one to download. It ended up working a lot better but when it's real busy, I still have some problems. If I just wait, a new call comes up and clears it up. It's like the system is too speedy for itself and gets out of sequence.

What time zone is the dialer on? Is it Eastern? I am in CA. I think I am just going to go with inbound and drop the outbound. I get too many that dont' want to talk or don't know what I am talking about when I call them. I don't really care for outbound anyway. They are supposed to be getting a lot more clients soon. They are a new company so I am hopeful.

Well this has been going on now for about a month it was even doing it with the few inbound calls that I got.

They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about when I told
them about it but from some of your responses it seems like I am not
the only person who had this problem.
