I still have not heard back. I am getting a little nervous, I would love to start ASAP. Hopefully I will hear by Monday because someone said that training is Tues and Wed.

I believe so. It can take 3-5 days to hear a response.

the dialer runs from 9am to 1030pm EST. and more often than not...the calls are definitely back to back, it will keep you busy. if you opt not to do outbound, and inbound only, your call volume will be ALOT lower!!

Can you choose inbound only? And does this pay per call only, or is there a base rate?

Thanks!

You can choose to do inbound only, however, your call volume will be extremely s..l..o..w

You get paid .20 per minute of talk time only...so you definitly want to get as many calls as possible.

I think the at home agent division is still somewhat new so call volume doesn't seem to be really busy yet. I suggest you log on and accept in and outbound to maximize TT...that is my 2 cents!!!

If you are taking both inbound and outboud how busy are you? Are you constantly taking calls?

I just got an email from them and am considering doing part-time. I currently work during the day and would like to do eventually do more full-time, but I want to make sure that it is stable enough.
