It appears that one of Lifebushido's primary goals is to help Real Estate companies outsource some of their job functions to assistants. The following is from the website:

"The assistants will, like the realtors, be organized to only provide work in their area of unique abilities, such as accounting, marketing, sales assistance, transaction coordination after the sale, database, web development, communication, research, and organization. The assistants, primarily stay-at-home-moms working 5-20 hours per week, will be organized using state-of-the-art web collaboration tools."

I feel the same way - something seems wrong with this - I can't find anything about the company either. I am going to stay away from them. Good luck to those who are applying. Let us know if you do get hired and what exactly these jobs are please!

thanks
Rita

Too vague...and why the phrase "stay at home moms"? There are plenty of people who work from home who are not moms. It's just too strange!

I agree. I'm skeptical of anything that doesn't give a straight-forward job description from the get-go.

Update: It's been two days and still haven't heard anything. Still have 5 days to go (Information I have states that I will find out within one week</span> if I was accepted, wait listed, or rejected).

Now, upon compiliation of the information I've revieved thus far...

Pay: $10/hr. for 5-20 hrs. a week - for two weeks. OR, after the first 10 hours, your work is reviewed and a discussion is held to determine the next 100 hours. Then, if the work submitted has met thier standards, a phone conference is held to discuss the opportunity for more hours with the job description and responsibilities (the next 100 hours) and the duties you are responsible for get streamlined to what area(s) you have show your strength(s) to be.

Job Description: Everyone starts out doing a mix of work includng web research, data entry, people research, market research, brainstorming, writing, editing, and other general tasks.

Life Bushido has five divisions in which they are needing reps:

Real Estate Outsourcing
Orange Passion - http://www.orangepasion.com
Goal Bushido - http://www.goalbushido.com
Book Bushido - http://www.bookbushido.com
Lessons Bushido - http://www.lessonsbushido.com

That's just what I understand from having actually read all the materials they sent to me thus far. Since this is my first foray into WAHMdom, I think I am going to make myself the board guinea pig and wait out the last 5 days and just keep updating this thread.

YepI got this too.....I just think that it is a little off.. I still find it odd that all e-mails from Steve come from a gmail acct and not a business acct. Some of the e-mails that he sent me didn't even have words spelled right....

I wish you the best of luck...I will be styaing around to see how it goes.
