Wink WC Claims Adjuster - NV/CA (Unresearched)

Our client, a well-respected property/casualty niche underwriter, has an opening for a Worker's Compensation Claims Adjuster in Nevada. This is a home based position.

This position will be responsible for managing a caseload of NV and CA complex lost time claims, with multiple medical issues and the potential for significant exposure.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successfully managing a pending of WC indemnity claims, including litigation. Technical expertise in CA and NV WC law as it applies to compensability, causal relationship and RTW. Have the ability to work well in a customer focused environment and to think innovatively about rehabilitation, alternative employment and return to work strategies. Ability to read and write Spanish is a +. Carrier experience preferred.
