Reporting to the Intuit Financial Services Client Communications Manager, the communications specialist's primary responsibilities will include writing, editing and delivering communications to clients as well as managing the project traffic and operations of the client communications team. The specialist will work with multiple teams to ensure IFS clients receive timely information to prepare for product releases and other system updates that impact their business and/or their end users. This role is focused on messaging, project management, traffic management and reporting as well as executing message delivery via email and online channels.
Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for writing, editing, coordinating and distributing communications to customer financial institutions via various channels, including: o Product & Interface Communications o Operations & Security Communications o Marketing Communications (e.g., Demand Generation, IFS Events, etc) o Client Relationship Communications (e.g., Customer Service issues, etc) • Maintain and update customer communications calendar, as well as internal request QuickBase to assist in scheduling and prioritizing communications from multiple stakeholders. • Support client communications managers and make sure the right messages reach the right customers and individuals. • Work with product development, PMO, technical and support teams to develop and edit messaging for clients. • Develop and enforce the customer communications processes and policies to ensure clients receive high quality communications in a timely and useful manner. • Project Manager for select client communications projects. • Work with corporate communications, marketing and product leaders to ensure message consistency. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required. • Project and/or traffic management experience a strong plus. • Banking industry knowledge and experience a strong plus. • QuickBase experience preferred. • Solid understanding of communications principals, practices and theory. • Social Media understanding and application of successful tactics a plus. • Four to seven years experience in a communications role. • Possesses strong communications skills, written, verbal and interpersonal. • Regularly exhibits characteristics such as tenacity, perseverance, diplomacy, and achievement of goals, organization and planning ability. • Strategic and critical thinker who can react quickly under pressure and fast-turn-around situations.
