RPM Mortgage, Inc. is currently seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist-Customer Service. Reports directly to the Loan Servicing Manager or his or her designee. Performs a variety of duties both clerical and technical. Major responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, payment processing, data maintenance.

Essential Functions:
· Respond to customer and loan agent inquiries regarding mortgage loans via telephone, email and written correspondence.
· Review mortgage payments received and determine disposition. Apply appropriate payments by updating loan system and preparing bank deposit.
· Verify and reconcile transactions using multiple systems.
· Update loan system data with address changes, etc.

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experience in the lending industry. At least 2 of which are in loan servicing.
· Work effectively and courteously with staff, vendors, and the public in person, by telephone, and written form.
· The ability to operate a computer, calculator, and other standard office equipment.
· Make calculations and tabulations and review fiscal and related documents accurately and rapidly.
· Make decisions in accordance with policies and procedures.
· Understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
· Prepare clear and accurate financial records.
