Just check this section of the forum, there's new ones posted just about everyday. What kind of work are you looking for?

I've been looking through these forums for a couple weeks now, but if I go to apply for a position, something always seems fishy...or there is some type of catch. Does anyone work for a company already so I can have proof that some companies are REAL?

I'm looking for pretty much any position that will allow me to work from home. I'm open!

AndrewW is right about checking through this section of the forum. There are many positions listed here and new ones are added every day. If something is a scam, people are pretty quick to speak up about it.

Many of the positions posted are customer service related, but there are some other types of jobs that are writing related, etc.

The best advice I can give is never pay an up front fee. Applying for a legit job is always free.

Good luck.

Any kind of work in particular you are interested in? Writing is a good way to make income, however, it is slowing down these days.

There are call center jobs that are listed individually in their own forum. You should check them out. The telecommute folder is a good place to check on regularly for work. If your interested, the link in my siggy is no cost and it is legit. I've been paid many times.

Good luck!

I'm not trying to be rude and I apologize if my tone comes across that way, but looking for legit WAH jobs IS a job in itself. You have to do the legwork in searching for job leads. You are in the right place when it comes to finding legit opportunities, all you have to do is search through the forums and start applying to everything you are qualified for and interests you. Many of us have spent hours and hours doing just this. You will eventually find something. Good luck!

Default I'm just starting out, but this is legitimate

I just started working from home within the last couple of weeks.

My husband joined a company with a "business opportunity" aspect to it that, quite honestly, I thought was a bunch of hooey. He ended up getting one of our friends to join and we actually got a check for the products she bought. We've since signed up two more people, and I plan on sharing the products with my family who lives out of town. I really do see an earning potential here, it's just taken me a little while to get started, and the experience itself definitely is a learning process.

Hopefully you find whats right for you, there are opportunities out there, they're just nearly impossible to find with all the junk posted all over the internet.

I'd be glad to tell you more about what I do, but I think posting a link would be breaking the rules

Trying to find work at home jobs is really a job in itself like a previous poster said. I LOVE this site and the information you can get out of it is wonderful.

I currently provide childcare in my home.. that could be something that you may want to consider (if you have the patience for it)... I am currently searching for other wahjobs to do (non-phone related) as it is more flexible. Providing childcare is really nice because not only are you making money to play with kids and have fun all day, but your child gets wonderful interaction with other kids. It's nice, but at the same time not very flexible as far as if you need to make an appt. or want to just run errands.. it's difficult to do all of those things... Pros and cons to everything though! I do wish the best of luck to you!! Like everyone else said, this folder is a great resource and definitely check it out each and every day. I know of people doing ChaCha which is answering questions online... I did that for a while but the $$ wasn't worth it for me but I still have it as an egg if I need it.
Writing and blogging is something I'd like to get into! Just need to figure out the ins and outs of it all to get my best return... Or transcription... check out those folders! Might be good for you!

Try to figure out what your talents are and what you enjoy doing.. then go from there! Good luck!
