This opportunity is perfect for a paralegal or solo attorney who is interested in extra work on a perdiem basis.

Local real estate law practice looking for an individual on a per diem basis to conduct road closings throughout the state of Rhode Island for refinance and purchase transactions. Must be knowledgeable about real estate closings/mortgage documents as well as experience handling real estate closings. Must be a notary in the State of Rhode Island.

Possibility to handle more paralegal tasks for closing files such as prepping closing documents for purchase and refinance transactions, preparing HUD-1's, title commitments, obtaining water and sewer bills, MLC's, lender packages, etc... Ability to work from home.

Requirements:
Must be an independent worker, reliable transportation, flexible schedule, and immediate availability. Must be able to work evenings/nights.

Please only interested candidates that meet the above qualifications and agree with the stated fee schedule. This is an independent per diem opportunity.
