This great opportunity is with a huge Finanical client of ours who is looking for a Systems Support Analyst that will be a great addition to the team! This is a full-time, Long-term contract position that is 100% Telecommute. Job Description:
- Work as a member of a geographically diverse team of Internet technology experts to administer and maintain large-scale technology solutions that provide foundational network services utilizing numerous advanced technologies across a global enterprise environment.
- Maintain and administer DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management systems and records in support of enterprise business and technology goals.
- Respond to break/fix issues concerning DDI systems, performing technical diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for intermediate to complex data communications issues.
- Participate in maintaining and improving Wells Fargo's online brand and Internet presence by registering, administering, and maintaining domain names and DNS records on the Internet.
- Provide support and maintenance assistance for a constellation of production Unix BIND DNS servers and InfoBlox appliances that provide DDI services to the enterprise.
- Provide analysis and consulting services to all Lines of Business, including customer-facing business units and other technology teams, for the purpose of designing and implementing DDI solutions in support of revenue-generating and revenue-supporting applications and other technology systems.
- Provide technical expertise for support and resolution of production problems, always seeking to identify root cause and prevent future recurrence.
- Facilitate Wells Fargo's efforts to migrate to the next generation of Internet Protocol addressing (IPv6).
- Help drive the development of scripts and other automation techniques to increase the manageability, efficiency, capability, capacity, and security of DDI systems, servers, and appliances.
- Help drive the creation of efficient, repeatable and measurable human processes for deploying, maintaining, administering, and supporting DDI technologies.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including functional requirements, technical designs, network diagrams, workflow diagrams, application communications diagrams, configuration documents, support documentation, procedural documentation, training materials, and some project documents.
- Interact with IT business partners and other internal customers on a regular basis to provide customized DDI solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in vendor support relationships and take an active role in ongoing discussions and meetings to facilitate the exchange of information between vendors and Wells Fargo technology teams.
- Participate in audit and compliance activities, always seeking to ensure that our technology systems and human processes comply with regulatory requirements and standards.


Requirements:
- 3+ years of similar job experience
- Intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the DNS system on the Internet
- Significant recent experience with network infrastructure systems and Internet technologies.
- Experience with Infoblox DDI appliance solutions
- PERL and/or other scripting and automation skills
- 2+ years of UNIX / Linux administration experience, Intermediate level or better
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP addressing and subnetting, along with thorough understanding of common Internet ports and protocols.
- 3+ years of technical experience in the areas of IP routing, switching, load-balancing, and/or firewalls.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise network solutions spanning multiple business functions and geographic locations.
- Familiarity with products from leading vendors in the network infrastructure technology market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BA/BS Degree
