I applied for this one and heard back the same day that I was not what they were looking for, maybe one of you guys will be.

"Your role is handling a high volume of incoming phone calls from motorists with unpaid parking tickets. The motorists' vehicle has been immobilized and they must contact the call center and pay to mobilize their vehicle. Agents on this program have the ability to remain calm, cool and collected in stressful situations while providing accurate information to upset callers. Agents must be able to handle and resolve customer complaints.".

You heard back the same day?! I have applied for this job since last year and I never heard anything back from anyone. So all I can do is update my info but still haven't heard anything back from anyone.I dont get it.Some people apply and hear back that same week or same day and others dont hear back anything.I get discouraged when I hear stuff like that.

Yeah...like someone with a phd would take the job..meaning that the pay might not be what someone with a phd would want.I dont know about some of these jobs.Also...already some employers are asking an applicant to already have at least 2 yrs experience working from home..so here we go...already with the experience stuff....

Why don't you try applying with another email and starting over completely? It has worked for me before on other companies.
