Real Estate Development Company seeks part time bookkeeper/project administrator.
- Current need for part time, approximately 20 hours per week. Time demand will increase in 2012. - Can work virtually/remotely for some of the job responsibilities. - Office located in central Denver. Responsibilities: - Bookkeeping for three real estate development projects and company overhead. - Project Adminsitrator responsibilites include creating and maintaining project records; corresponding and interacting with consultants and clients; preparation of project financial and status reports. - Administratve responsibilties include maintenance of company electronic and hard files and general office management. Requirements: - Three years experience in the real estate development or construction industry. - Project accounting experience a must. - Expertise in Excel, Quick Books, Microsoft Project. - Experience with computer hardware,software and networks.
