Hello Moms,
We'd like to see if there anyone here is interested in a customer care rep position via online chat and emails. The main topics of support would be related to our software. Our site is www [dot] phplivesupport [dot] com This is a full-time + commission pay system. Very relaxed (we like to think so but some others may not agree) position with customer care to visitors and clients. Other assistance that would help with the company are: some sales (not car sales tone but more of encouraging dialogue with positive focus), assisting with website write-ups and grammar check, exceptional typing skills and of course a desire to assist. We can be very particular with following guidelines set forth, such as placing notes on accounts, remembering things that affect internal procedures and of course having visitors and clients close out the chat with feeling happy their questions were answered fully. Must be self sufficient and self motivated, this is very important. We are a small company right now so the front-line customer care rep should understand their interaction is a direct image of the company. Thank you for the responses. We have received numbers of inquiries and is currently reviewing the submitted resumes. There has been overwhelming interest and at this time and all future submissions as of this post date will be notified with "New Submissions Closed". Thank you for those that have inquired at the timely manner and we apologize for the short closing of the position for the future viewers of this post that may have been interested. The early closing is also due to save time for future viewers. We believe each candidates that have submitted their resume and inquiries are qualified for the position and now we are in the narrowing and refining of the skill sets.
