Role supports Virtual Customer Service, which is a new "site" within Customer Service Operations that will employ customer-obsessed Amazonians in various U.S. states.

- Position plays a key role in starting up and maintaining the new site.

Job Location - Permanent residency in one of these states is required:

- Delaware
- Kansas
- Kentucky
- New Hampshire
- New York
- North Dakota
- Oregon
- Washington (state)
- West Virginia

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years people management experience
- Project Management experience
- Direct experience in Contact Center Operations (Customer Service, Sales, or Collections)

Preferences:
- MBA or similar
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Processes
- Excellent data manupulation and analysis skills
- Prior experience managing hourly and salaried employees in a virtual setting
