IBC and FS - Medicare Client Advisor (Unresearched)
As a liaison between IBC and FS, the Client Advisor will utilize knowledge of CMS regulations and applicable Medicare Services to manage the delivery of quality services and rational solutions to IBC/FS Medicare clients.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the retention and operational initiatives of their assigned Medicare client book of business.
Responsible for clients' satisfaction with IBC/FS Medicare Services.
Establishes solid relationships with clients' decision makers and clients' Medicare program managers and staff.
Pro-actively promote and recommend IBC/FS Medicare Services solutions through the use of plan performance reports and issue identification and resolution skills.
Monitor Star ratings and audit results for assigned book of business. Work cross-functionally with operational partners in order to improve the delivery of programs and services resulting in top tier performance ratings for IBC/FS Medicare clients.
Lead the coordination of program enhancements, business and product implementations, and some contract negotiations.
Coordinate regular teleconference meetings between client book of business and Medicare product managers to facilitate an understanding of current status and next steps toward resolution of open issues. Identify SMEs to consult with the client on these concerns.
Assures the accuracy and completeness of all federally required, client requested or contractually obligated reports, data files, and tracking logs prior to delivery to the client.
Deliver Medicare Services client communications to the client based upon the relevance of the communication to the clients' contracted services. Some instance of client communication will require telephonic or onsite reviews.
utilize plan design and communication systems to manage client benefit changes, enrollment changes and issue tracking.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years of experience with Medicare Part D in a client services or operations role as well as knowledge of CMS regulations.
