Staffing Specialist Support (Unresearched)
We are looking for a customer service focused professional who will support the staffing needs of our agency during off hours (evenings, nights, and weekend). Must be willing to take phone calls from clients and staff and respond to the needs during the evening, night, and early morning hours. The position is home based. Candidate must have internet access and phone.
Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent. At least 1 year of staffing, healthcare recruiting or business office experience required. Prior experience with scheduling and payroll software preferred. Experience with MS Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint) and computer data entry. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced setting with strict deadlines. Looking for someone with a dynamic personality and excellence customer service skills.
