Are there any jobs available that don't require you to talk on the phone or have to pay a fee to get started? I am looking for part time work to make extra money on the side. Thanks.

The only thing I can think of like that is Mturk. You won't make a lot of money but you don't have to be on the phone , you can work when you want and pick out what tasks you want

You can write articles on Textbroker as well. Very easy to do. Nice small egg to have.

You can also try KeyForCash and legitimate online paid survey companies. They don't pay much but you can earn a little extra money doing this. Good luck!
