Greetings all! I discovered your wonderful group after doing online searches for contact info for LeapForce. I applied, was given a test date and told to expect the Guidelines and link to their test (simulator) on the evening of January 18. Today is the 20th. So far, no such email, and I checked the spam folder too. I emailed them on the 19th, and also placed 2 phone calls to which I could only leave a message. They did not send the promised Guidelines to study with. No reply or help has come from them in response to my pleas for help, yet my testing period of 1 week is counting down! So my question is: does anyone have a way to help me contact LeapForce, besides the phone message and general email contact I already used?
I have lots of experience doing customer care, both in person, by phone and online, so was considering applying for a customer care position with them! Someone needs to be a bit responsive to those who contact them for help ![]() Thank you for any and all advice.... mjule |

Wish I could help you, but I am having the exact same issue. I have emailed, called, even created a new name hoping it was a one time glitch. I was due to start my test the 18th also, and, also happen to live in Missouri. I guess all we can do is watch the days go by and maybe they will notice that no one is finishing the test and reschedule it. There has been a lot of talk about how LF does not respond, and, when they do it is an automated email. Good luck and let me know if you hear anything and I will do the same for you

I too was supposed to receive my test on the 18th. I emailed them and they said due to maintenance on that day that I will be receiving it on the 23rd. Hope this helps.

Thank you. Hopefully even those of us who have not gotten the email response will get our test on the 23rd. *Fingers crossed!*

This morning I received the emails that will enable me to proceed, so it does appear they had an issue and are working to make amends. I am not too impressed with their lack of communication, so might still throw my resume for customer care assistance in their direction! Word-of-Mouth advertising is a powerful tool - whether negative or positive. It is really quite simple to ensure a positive impression through use of great customer care and responses. Communication is key, right? Meanwhile, I now need to get busy on the testing. Good luck to all!

I too have called and email and get no response. I was supposed to receive my exam yesterday, Feb. 1, and have never received it. I'm frustrated because my time is running out! This is making me concerned about working for them... Anyone received there test??

I applied months ago. So far, the website says my application is "in process." I've seen on here that there seems to be a lot of people who got an immediate response, and others who have gotten no response. I'm in CT, so I don't know if my location has anything to do with it. I've got a lot of experience, and I would love to work for these guys. I've also applied with WFL, Lionbridge, and Butler Hill. So far, I've gotten no response from Butler Hill and WFL. I got an email from Lionbridge basically saying that they've gotten overwhelmed with applications, and to be patient. The thing is, I need the work now, so I hope to hear something positive soon.
