Pay is $9-$13/hr or 19cents-28cents per minute you're on the phone, depending on which department you decide to service for. If you choose to service for their general Billing/Tech, their hours of operation are 8am-1am EST 7 days/week with the 19cents-28cents per minute based upon metrics. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email me at spoland@spolandsolutions.com.

i was under somone's corporation and as far as i know it didnt cost anything to sign under her.

i did have to pay the background check which was 13$....and i did have to pay for the ACP 101 test....i paid 19.99....ITS NORMALLY 100$!!....but from time to time they run a sale.

i also had to pay for the client training course....i paid 19$.....it was actually 49$ but they were giving you a 30$ credit voucher......

so how much you have to put out really depends on numerous things....first will you have to go and buy a computer? do you have high speed internet? a telephone with very basic service (i.e. no features on the phone)? a headset?

assuming the above meets the arise requirements then you take the following into consideration.......the background check and ACP 101 test and if you sign under someone or bring your own llc and the client you will work (AT&T, Intuit, Staples, Barnes & Nobles, Walgreens, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise, Apple, Disney Cruise, Time,etc....THERE ARE SO MANY TO LIST)

for me----13$ + 20$ + 20$ = $53 (that's how much it cost me to get started)

i think i will try another client, but i want a client that i can do strictly mon-fri no weekends or something better like a chat/email agent only they are hard to find....
AT&* Key Contacts is a great client with plenty of hours, great pay, and NO weekend requirement. I would take a look at that, available now in the Portal.

Default Arise Hours

I did the voice test and before I pay for the background check I wanted to find out if there is a minimum amount of hours you have to work. Like the initial poster I only want to work 10-15 hours per week.

Every Client has a minimum number of hours required....but they are all different depending on the client. Which one are you looking at?

The most I've seen so far as a requirement is 20 hours a week - but the most common is 15 hours a week, with certain weekend requirements. For example, I will be starting training for R*y*l C*rr*be*n CL and once servicing begins, the min is 15 hours with 3 hours of work being on the weekend. Definitely contact a Super IBO (SVSC), such as ODMS and they will give you loads of helpful information.
