Default Hiring Posters for the New Year!

***HIRING IN THE FOLLOWING STATES CURRENTLY: Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.***

Hi all! The business is back up and running for the new year. To start, we are only offering one campaign. First things first, however. In response to a much needed answered question - No, we do not violate CL's TOS.

We are needing posters to post no more than 10 ads per day to start. These are legitimate ads that are being posted for different verified companies and are not spammy or scammy. We do not post ads for individuals who do MLMs, adult content, or ads that just plain do not make sense. We pay weekly via paypal and the locations are limited. We provide all of the ads and the titles. You will only need 2 accounts. Eventually, we will be providing the phone numbers in case you are required to "phone verify" your accounts. But at this time, you will need to provide your own.

If you are interested, please send an email to me, Tiffany, at successfulentrep@gmail.com. In your subject line, please put Posting Position - Your Location (example Posting Position - Texas).

I know that there are a few people that have been scammed by some CL posting companies, however we are not one of them. I have plenty of past posters that can vouch for me. I do pay, am never late with my pay, and can verify everything.

Again, if you are interested, please shoot me an email at successfulentrep@gmail.com with the appropriate subject line.

Hope everyone had a great holiday!

Totally understandable. You can hold off and read possible reviews that my posters have to say if you are unsure. Always check before you do something.

Successfulentrep,

Do you have express permission or the license agreement from Craigslist to hire third party posters?

If so, could you post a copy of that agreement?

Thanks.

7. CONDUCT

You agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available Content:

Additionally, you agree not to:

8. POSTING AGENTS

A "Posting Agent" is a third-party agent, service, or intermediary
that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others. To
moderate demands on craigslist's resources, you may not use a Posting
Agent to post Content to the Service without express permission or
license from craigslist. Correspondingly, Posting Agents are not
permitted to post Content on behalf of others, to cause Content to
be so posted, or otherwise access the Service to facilitate posting
Content on behalf of others, except with express permission or
license from craigslist.

So unless who your posting for has permission from Craigslist or some license mentioned, than its against TOS.

Default Here we go again

Id like to suggest that anyone hiring for adposters stop posting here and the other forum. You can get really cheap labor offshore labor over at a few other forums. Obviously some people here are not interested in the fact that your services however questionable they may be are keeping americans working and american businesses in business. It is much more important to examine the tos of another site than a members reputation of paying on time everytime and a decent wage for the position posted.

Aslyn,

I have nothing against putting people to work and I am all for it. But a legitimate job will NEVER ask you to violate the TOS of another site and a legitimate business will have all the necessary license agreements and other agreements they need for their people to work on other sites.

I'm actually hoping Successfulentrep has the express permission or the license agreement from Craigslist to hire third party posters. It would be awesome if someone hiring for Craigslist posters had all the agreements in place, unlike the other Craigslist poster positions in the past.

whatever your motive, that is your concern. Ive said on both forums this old, certain members tearing apart the job..its a witch hunt and its not worth those companies hiring for adposters to get their reputations smeared when any evidence presented to support them is combated with 3 page debates.

Like the other thread that a poster said he could get 100 ads a day for $100 a month on backpage, thats no joke..overseas people will work for pennies, and they wont cause a bunch of drama because they are HAPPY to have a few bucks in their pockets. It is things like THIS that is taking jobs away from Americans, cheap labor vs BS..cheap labor wins everytime.

I'm not trying to tear anyone apart. All I did was ask if they had express permission or the license agreement from Craigslist to hire third party posters?

I think that it is valuable information for a contractor to know if any rules are being broken. But I also think that the specific details of it all should be handled offline between the employer and the IC. Afterall, when we as IC's accept a contract, we DO NOT post it online for all to see.
