Does this violate the Craigslist TOS in any way? Just asking because I've seen other Craigslist Poster positions that do.

Thanks.

Default Not Violating) Hiring

It does not violate CL rules as long as we are not spamming. I hire lot's of people to post few ads per day - not to exceed the number of ads one person can legally post per day.
It is advertising. Lot's of people here say that as long as a product is good - no advertising is needed - ok, show me the product which is in not advertised
I pay daily. I pay even if the ad was flagged ( not at once - if it was alive for a while).
I pay to posters for referrals.
So it is up to every one to decide - to earn few dollars each day for few minutes of your time - or not to.

Hmm. I'm wondering why the ads get flagged.

This would be my question:

and I share the same question as Itsjusmeli. If an ad does not violate Craigslist rules, getting flagged should never be a concern, right?

You also said you pay posters for referrals, but Craigslist Terms of Use state this is not allowed:

http://www.craigslist.org/about/terms.of.use

k) that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code,"
"junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited
commercial advertisement;

You haven't told us exactly what people are posting, so if I'm incorrect, I do apologize. I use referral links myself, but I would never post them on Craigslist because of their TOS.

Sometimes ads get flagged for no reason. I posted my books for sale and was flagged, lol

Yes, it's spamming. CL doesn't allow people to plaster their ads all over multiple cities. The site is meant to be a way for people to connect to others in their area. The reason this folder is being flooded with ads for these types of "jobs" is because companies don't think the TOS should apply to them and want to spam Craigslist.

Exactly! I have heard that people pay to have their competition's ads flagged. I have also seen gigs offering to flag ads.

Yep. It's Craigslist readers that do the flagging, not Craigslist staff. If you are competition, if they think your ad is spammy and if seen it all over or just because they feel like it to be spiteful. There is a Flaggers club too and have an auto flagger out there someplace on the net too. They do it for fun.
