General Position Expectations
The Remote Business Support Associate provides phone-based and software enabled business support services for our clients. This can be done with IP based phones we provide working from your home office on a legitimate per hour wage. We are looking for a few standout candidates who are comfortable with technology, people, and a flexible team environment.

Required Time Commitment
We offer flexible performance based self scheduling. We currently have Full Time and Part Time availability


Requirements
Specific Skills Required
•Type 40 wpm minimum.
•Exceptional customer service skills: efficiency, friendliness, and positive attitude.
•Be highly organized and accurate.
•Extraordinary oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent inter-personal skills.
•Operate and navigate a computer-based phone system.
•Operate phones and computers for vast majority of workday.
•Maintain professional demeanor in occasionally stressful and difficult situations.
•Ability to understand and implement oral and written instructions.
•Keep all company and customer information confidential.
•Be timely in arriving for scheduled shifts and completing tasks.
•Be a prime representative of VoiceCurve standards.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
* Cable/Fios or other high speed Internet connection (No DSL, Wireless , Satellite or Air Card Internet)
* Internet Download and Upload speed of at least 1,000Kbps (This can be found by going to Speakeasy - Speed Test) then click on Seattle, WA and wait for it to complete. (Once completed Email a screen shot that shows this.)
* Ability to connect your computer and the phone that we provide directly into the router (must be connected with a physical wire and neither can be accessing wireless), Suggested of approved router Linksys (Netgear and Belkin routers will NOT work)
* Typing speed of at least 35 WPM (Go to TypingTest.com - Free Typing Test & Typing Games Online completed the test then take a screen shot that shows your score)
* Working desktop speakers
* Two monitors desired but not required
* Ability to take screen shots and email them
* Capable of supporting at least 1280x800 resolution (Email a screen shot that shows this requirement)
* Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 (Email a screen shot that shows this requirement)
* 2GB or more of System Memory (RAM)
* Computer must finish bootup process in less than 3 minutes
* Ability to print and scan within 24 hours - This can be utilizing a local Kinkos, Fedex, etc...
* Headset (VXI Passport 21G Binaural Headset) - This can be purchased at Wireless, Cordless, and Bluetooth Headsets and Accessories - Headsetters ™
