Looking for a dynamic, creative, personable, social media savvy and computer-skilled, all-around talented person for wide-ranging work with a Jewish outdoor education non-profit and an internet, Jewish educational start-up business, approximately 15 -- 25 hours a week working at home. Workload diminishes over the summer. This job may be divided among two people, so if you are strong in at least half of the skills mentioned, please apply. Responsibilities include: • Maintain the (non-technical) content of WordPress web sites • Creatively manage social media including Facebook Pages/Events, Twitter Accounts, etc. • Manage data-base, layout and send emails on Vertical Response • Help create postcards, flyers and other print media • Marketing to organizations and individuals by phone and internet • Organize meetings and other Personal Assistant kinds of activities • Registrar for events: field phone and email questions • Simple book-keeping • Recruiting and supervising interns to help with above tasks Requirements: Skill set: • Working knowledge of Photoshop or Aperture • Working knowledge of Word and Excel and general computer skills • Experience in basic design on Publisher or similar program • Good design sense • Good personal communication skills • Good phone etiquette • Good time management and organizational skills. • Highly-motivated, self-motivated and result focused • Good attention to detail Other Desired Attributes: • Knowledge of the Jewish community and things Jewish • Experience working with html, WordPress, Photoshop or Aperture, Word and Excel • Editing skills • Knowledge of Quicken • Experience and knowledge of internet marketing is a big plus Must Have: • Home office • Computer, Mac preferred, with Excel, Word and Photoshop or Aperture • Printer/Scanner How To Apply: If you are interested in this opportunity, please visit All Around Marketer/Administrator Good Luck!!!
