The moderator would be responsible for editing and publishing content posted by our roster of thought leaders, and helping recruit new experts to join and contribute to the community. CustomerThink is the world's largest online community devoted to customer-centric business management, serving over 70,000 visitors each month. Dozens of the world's most noted authorities contribute blog posts and other content in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience Management and Social Business. Key responsibilities include: * Efficiently edit, categorize and publish online content * Recruit new bloggers to join and engage in the community * Support the launch of new sub-communities Candidates should have writing/editing experience in customer-related topics such as marketing, sales, customer service and social media -- and related software solutions and vendors. Strong written communications skills are essential, along with familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and use of web- and PC-based office and productivity tools. This is a part-time (approximately 15 hours a week), contract, telecommuting position. Prefer candidate living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Schedule is flexible.
