I am freelance writing. The sites I primarily use are Demand Studios, Ehow and Suite. I also have a few private clients and I make about $800-$1200 a month doing it part time.

I work for Break Studios, but I just started a few weeks ago so I don't know what the income potential is. I also work for Livework, Textbroker, another company I found from this site, and possibly another private client from oDesk. Look at people's signature lines to get an idea, it really helps. GL

I am sorry for your frustration. I think everyone here have been through that and know how you feel.

I currently work for a company online and have my own side business going on so I be pretty busy. The truth is not everyone will like the same thing. I love what I do online and it helps me to make full time income.

It took a long time to find something that I love to do my best suggestion for you is to check the stickies in the telecommuting folder and apply for all of the jobs you can. Good luck to you

I'm making really good money online, enough to cover the bills. I do it using a variety of different sites and methods, all of which are free to join.

Just to mention, I always recommend against paying any kind of an up front fee for a job or an income opportunity.

I make my money by freelance writing. I write for Demand Studios, Break Studios and occassionally, Associated Content and Ehow. I am also getting into Mahalo and writing for them. Just keep trying and don't give up. If you like to write, try the sites I write for. Demand Studios and Break Studios requires a resume and some writing samples but Associated Content and Ehow don't. Good luck and don't give up!

I am also going to mention that I started off with transcription and didn't do very well. You have to type fast and I just couldn't so it was hard to make deadlines and earn enough. That was a couple years ago. I LOVE blogging for Break Studios (just 250-700 word articles) and some of the other work I do. It is not easy at all. Like you and others, you really have to find what will work for your personality, your schedule, and your household. And it also depends on what amount you need to earn. You will find something or a combination of things that work for you.

I work primarily for Leapforce Leapforce About Leapforce and a private local company, sporadically I work for Demand Studios and OnPoint Advocacy (not much going on there right now). When you say how do you make money, not sure if you mean job or buisness opps. If it's a job, figure out what your skills are, and then start combing through the threads. I have a blog where I post tips and leads (no money being made there for me). PM me if I can help. If it's a business opp, I can't help much there.

Best of luck 2 u.

Wow, I can relate to that! My first 12 months were a disaster, going broke, constantly confused.

Then I learned the value of building a list and having the proper marketing tools to do it, and to track the results. Been doing it ever since as an affiliate marketer and it's been a very beneficial, financially and professionally.

I won't answer your second question, because I think any answer would be potentially deceptive.

Why?

Because the question you need answered is not how much I make, but how much can you make - and that depends on a lot of factors.

I will say that I do pretty good <grin> and work, if you can call it that, out of the comfort of my own home - and have plenty of time to play and enjoy life.

Consider promoting, as an affiliate, high quality, monthly based online membership services that are great value for money, for the residuals it will being in for you.

As one of the posters stated, you need to decide what it truly is that you are looking for. If you are lookin for a job, then you will find a lot of information one here. I know you can make money with service 800, teletech, liveops, arise, west, all of these are jobs, most of them don't pay over 10 dollars but if you combine more than one you will be able to make a decent income. Pending you are lookin for a job. Look at the telecommuting folder and there is a list of companies that hire work at home workers. You have to apply and reapply with most of these companies.

Now if you are looking for a business opportunity you need to research and research. Make sure that it is something that you would love and enjoy doing. It does take time and a lot of effort on your part.

Blessings
Angel
