Default Has anyone heard of LTMD Research?

I saw their posting on craigslist. What you do is fill in your information on different sites to get get info about products or services. A representative for the company will call you and you act like an interested customer and then review their customer service. They gave me 24 sites to look at and claim to pay $120 when I finish. I asked them a question about their forms and they never got back to me. Now I am thinking maybe they just wanted to scam me into giving out my information. Is this too good to be true? Anyone have experience with them?

I've never heard of it. It does sound too good to be true. Did you check the company out on the BBB website?

There's nothing on them on the BBB website. It's really hard to find info on them.

I found a website on them www.ltmdresearch.com. They almost look reputable.. From my understanding, it looks as though your not actually, "screening" or "mystery shopping" business but signing up for offers.. sort of like a GPT site. I am very courious about what they actually do, so I applied... if you want to wait until I find out more information, that's fine. I will post back here.

I did find the ad though and it seemed a little sketchy. I found a couple of others posted on Craigslist and they were already flagged and deleted.

I am curious to see how this goes for you...I did check out the website, and it seems that it may be legit, but I thought that it was odd that they ask for your marital status....hmmm

Interesting -- A whois lookup shows the site was registered in Feb 2010.

Take it for what it's worth

I have just received an email from them also along with job descriptions. I did some research they are affiliated with internet mystery shoppers. They want you to call several sites and garner info from the csr and report the findings back to them. They advise that you use an alternate website for responses and tell them that you are shopping around. You do 12 sites and they will pay you 60 dollars via paypal or check after you submit the form. I know that most of the shopping site were frauds but I am still not sure about this one. I might check it out just to see.
