I responded with the information requested in regards to Writing, Posting and Bookmarking. I also asked to hear more about the work involved and the pay scale since it wasn't mentioned. This is what I got in return. (Niches removed.)

Quote:
Hello Ja'Net! For article writing, please write a unique short 250
word article regarding the topic: ****. The deadline for this is
Wednesday 3AM. For blogging, please write a 150 word blog post
regarding the topic: ****. This has the same deadline as the
article writing. As for your question about pay, I have contacted by
superiors and will pass along the information to you as soon as I get
it. Thank you.
I will be replying back to them before actually writing anything since the undisclosed pay rate is odd. Posting for employees without knowing what you'll be paying seems strange, especially since they're requesting work that they seem to intend to keep and use as opposed to just asking for samples in general.

I did apply, and received an email back. In the reply, even though I provided links to my work, they wanted samples written of their choosing.

Just my own policy, but I don't give "free" samples, as the email mentioned nothing about paying for them, just a deadline of when they needed to be submitted by.

I did send a follow up email explaining my position, I may get a reply, but I am not betting I will.

Good luck to anyone else who decides to apply!

Julie~

Edited to add: I did receive a reply that said my request would be forwarded to the supervisors for consideration.

This is the company I work for, and I can vouch for them that they are an extremely honest company and they pay on time every Sunday. They are the first company to ever give me a chance and hired me without needing a resume. They have been very good to me, and the manager Jamie, has given me some valuable advice.
What I did when I applied was sent them a short simple 500 word article that was full of common knowledge.. I think it was about how to house train your dog... lol...
Afterwards they gave me some articles to write as a sort of reliability test.. and I was paid immediately for my work.
I myself have moved on past article writing and now do social media for them which i love love love.
Trust me, for anyone looking for extra income, this is a good place to start.

I heard the same thing in response to my second email, so at least they are making an effort.

It's also good to hear that others here have had good experiences with these folks!

It depends on the tasks. They recently changed their pay rate to something a little higher than when I was hired. I personally am on a salary so I don't currently know the pay scale per task. I apologize for not having that information handy right off hand, but I can tell you that they will give you plenty of work to do.
It is a great source of second income in my opinion.
It has been for me at least.
