I have always been a nurses assistant but now I have a baby and i cant afford daycare and i dont have any family to help me. i need to know what jobs pay the best? im really trying to find something that doesnt involve the phone since a crying baby in the background is not professional lol. something internet based that pays like $300+ a week? does that exist? i need to make at least $300 a week and will be barely surviving on that...i need help ladies. anyone have any tips for me or companies that can help me achieve this?

Hi, congratulations on your new baby. You will love staying at home. You have come to the right place. I have found a lot of leads just reading through these threads. My goal is to make 300$ a week too. I am not there yet, it will take time. I have just started writing. There are so many online companies that you can write for. You can also do something like Ch*Ch* (if they are hiring) or kgb, answering peoples text questions. There is also transcription work if you are a fast typer. I work for Quicktate and although the pay is not great, there is always work. It can be done. You just have to search, search and search. Also, watch out for scams. If you have to pay to work for a company, it most likely is a scam.

There are lots of positions posted in this section of the forum and new ones posted every day. Just keep looking and apply for as many things as you can.
Good luck.

What state are you in? You may want to look into neighborhood centers inc to see if there is funding available for daycare assistance. Also check with your local workforce assistance office(they are usually the place where you file for unemployment) Sometimes there are programs that help with the cost of daycare. Be warned there can be a waiting list...but it's good to look at all options, especially while you are looking for the work at home job...Good luck and God bless.

Congrats on your baby!! I was once also a nurses aid and then after having my son I was scared that I was going to bring something home to him. You are in great place to find work! I have found a couple clients on Livework.com and also a couple right off this website. Keep your eyes out and check this site often. Also check people signatures for their blogs. Many on here will have leads to non phone jobs. It is not impossible just just some work in it and you will find the right opportunity for you! Good luck!
