I also sent my e-mail and information to begin the application process and have not heard anything yet. I did this on Tuesday and Wednesday. How long does it take to get a reply?

Is it a head set for the 2nd line are does the calls got throught the computer,,I have both head set. When do you get the email for the interview schedule...

Live calls come through your telephone headset. The interview process, certification and team communications are done through the computer headset. Applications are reviewed in the order of submission and there is generally a day or so wait time from submission to review. Once reviewed you will be notified via email of the status of your application.

I applied and was invited to do an interview. However, I was just offered a great job outside the home last night. I do not want to leave my house but I cannot pass this up

If I click where it says if you are no longer interested in the position, and turn down the interview, will that affect me if I ever want to apply again in the future? I know this is a good opportunity but I just do not think I can do it right now.

i also did not sell myself very well - since in the beginning it says to attach your resume and cover letter - i thought that i would be able to upload my resume somewhere. so i just breifly described my exp. anything i can do?? i would really like a shot at this.

I didn't apply for the job because I already have a phone job and I would rather a non-phone job for a second job but I just wanted to say thank you to ACD Direct Hiring Manager for posting the job here and giving people a chance to apply. I would need to get a corded telephone and a second phone line to do this. I have a USB headset that I can plug into my computer. Can I not use the same headset for the phone work?
