I wanted to add that I've been accepted also. I have to put my training off for about a week in order to clear my schedule. I've read elsewhere that training must be completed within 20 days of the background check and welcome email. Can you confirm that, Hiring Manager? While it certainly won't be 20 days, I would be devastated if a week to ten days disqualifies me.

My experience with ACD Direct so far, through the application process and interview, has been very pleasant. Everyone appears genuine, and committed to agent success. This is the type of company I will be proud to associate with. Unlike some of the call center hiring mills, (one in particular that I've contracted with for several years) ACD has a reputation for agent camaraderie and contentment.

From what I understand it is just a criminal background check. The lady told me they don't do credit checks.
Couldn't hurt to apply and then if interviewed ask them. Everyone I have had contact with has been absolutely wonderful to deal with.
